Troubleshooting
Before contacting support, these basic checks solve most common issues.
- If you cannot sign in, confirm that you are using the correct email address and use the password reset option from the login screen.
- If profile photos or updates are not appearing, check your connection, reopen the app, and try the upload or save again.
- If community activity, notifications, or chat are not refreshing, fully close the app, reopen it, and return to the affected screen.
- If the issue continues, email support with the steps you took and include a screenshot if available.
Account and deletion
Soulverse supports in-app account deletion and manual help if you cannot access the app.
- To submit an in-app deletion request, open Soulverse and go to Account > Delete Account.
- If you cannot access the app, email support and include the email address or username associated with your account.
- If you are locked out, contact us from the email address linked to the account whenever possible.
